Return Policy:

We offer credit or refund for any faulty or damaged product(s). To protect your hygiene, products cannot be returned unless unopened and in their original packaging. As most PRE DE PROVENCE | EUROPEAN SOAPS products are for personal use, if products are out of their original sealed packaging, they are not returnable.

To return a product in its original packaging and condition, returns must be received by PRE DE PROVENCE | EUROPEAN SOAPS within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

In the rare event of a damaged or faulty product, Pre de PRE DE PROVENCE | EUROPEAN SOAPS Soaps will provide an exchange.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
